Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact us promptly about corrections. If an address error causes additional shipping costs, we will explain those costs before arranging reshipment.

If we cannot meet the stated shipment timeframe, we will notify you and offer a revised timeframe or cancellation with a full refund, as required by applicable law.
